Job summary

KARL STORZ in Singapore is seeking an experienced regional HR PMO and analytics professional to drive execution of Asia MEA HR priorities. You will coordinate governance forums, prepare executive communications, and lead regional HR projects with cross-functional teams.

This role requires 3-5+ years in HR analytics or HR project management, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, IT, AI or any other related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience in HR Consulting, Workforce Analytics, Business Operations, HR Strategy or Project Management
• Strong with tools, application and systems
• Advanced Excel, Power Point and other co-working tools and applications

Responsibilities

• Act as extended execution arm of the Head of HR Asia MEA, driving execution of strategic HR priorities.
• Coordinate HR meetings, governance forums, and regional HR initiatives.
• Prepare Town Hall presentations, talking points, and leadership communications.
• Manage action tracking, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination across the region.
• Lead, coordinate and execute regional HR projects and transformation initiatives such as Employee Engagement Surveys and Workshops, Culture Recognition Programs and change management initiatives
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, and executive dashboards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive accountability for key deliverables.
• Develop and maintain regional HR dashboards and scorecards, in partnership with HR Center of Excellence.
• Produce monthly people analytics reports and workforce insights for leadership.
