Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned HR analytics professional to design and build a global HR metrics framework across talent acquisition, compensation, performance, learning, and workforce productivity. You will establish governance, KPI definitions, and enterprise data standards to support multiple geographies.

You will develop executive dashboards and insights, partnering with HR, Finance and leaders to translate workforce challenges into measurable actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative, analytical, HR, technology, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, HRIS analytics, or workforce data management.
  • Demonstrated success building HR metrics, KPI frameworks, or reporting environments from inception through implementation.
  • Strong technical capability in SQL and at least one leading BI or data visualization platform.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, regions, or complex organisational structures with diverse stakeholder groups.
