Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Material Master Data Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to shape governance and implement a large SAP to ECC to S4/Hana transformation.

This role operates in a dynamic environment, translating governance goals into actionable standards, data dictionaries, and procedures, while partnering with Business Units, IT, and SAP teams to drive adoption and data readiness for go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data management or related field with 5–10 years of MD, ERP, or project work.
• Experience shaping data governance programs and data strategy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across IT and business.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a data governance framework and operating model.
• Lead master/reference data and metadata management activities.
• Collaborate with SAP teams to align MDM with S/4HANA migration plans.
• Develop data quality metrics, policies, and KPIs.
• Drive change management and data literacy across business units.
• Monitor data usage and support budgeting and governance reviews.
