- Minimum of 5 years in compensation, reward, or HR analytics in a multinational or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of fixed and variable pay structures in a global context.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end year-end compensation processes including bonus modelling.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR business partners and divisional leadership to deliver compensation advisory and benchmarking.
- Manage year-end compensation cycle, including bonus allocation modelling and salary reviews.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and survey analysis using market data providers.
- Provide cross-divisional compensation analytics for regional leadership and Remco materials.
- Collaborate with Finance and Strategy to deliver people analytics for budgeting and headcount planning.
