Mizuho Bank Singapore, the regional hub for Mizuho Financial Group, seeks an experienced Compensation & Benefits leader to design and manage programs, drive employee engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will partner with HR and senior stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, benchmark market compensation, design wellness initiatives, and govern HR policies across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Sharp analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborative team player with strong project management and execution capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with HR systems and HR analytics tools is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and feedback.
• Participate in market compensation surveys and conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and data analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Manage employee benefits programmes in partnership with brokers and insurers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, relevance, and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance HR policies and frameworks to ensure alignment with legal requirements, internal governance, and best practices.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
