Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/AI/DS/HR Digital Transformation preferred.
• 5+ years enterprise AI/digital architecture experience, including HR AI implementation.
• Experience translating multi-country HR pain points into AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify cross-border HR pain points and deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Plan and build global HR AI architecture, data warehouses and multilingual Q&A.
• Evaluate tools, perform POC validations, and codify best practices for HR AI.
• Collaborate across time zones with global stakeholders and vendors, producing standardized documentation.
