Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking a senior Human Capital technology leader to define and execute the HC digital strategy at a group level in Singapore. You will drive transformation across HC platforms, coordinate with architecture, data, and security teams, and guide product managers for SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.

Role emphasizes AI adoption, governance, and scalable service delivery across regions to support talent, learning, and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leader responsible for defining HC digital strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale HC technology transformations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-tenant or multi-region HC environments.
• Strong understanding of AI in HC and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HC digital strategy at Group level.
• Lead HC Product Managers and oversee SAP SuccessFactors suites.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Data, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Orchestrate HC transformation programs and migrations.
• Drive AI capabilities in talent, learning and analytics.
