Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated HR Admin for a 1-year renewable contract in Singapore. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, records maintenance, and HR system support in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in HR or related field, 2+ years of experience in HR operations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with HRIS platforms. Confidentiality and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration, HR operations or employee support functions.
• Experience supporting a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborative and service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Confident communicator who can interact with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel with PivotTables, VLOOKUPs and basic formulas.
• Exposure to HRIS platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors or similar systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee joining experience.
• Manage offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide administrative support across HR systems, benefits administration and statutory reporting requirements.
• Prepare employment-related letters and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, supporting employees and assisting with HR system tickets and process guidance.
• Generate regular HR reports and support data management activities to maintain high-quality workforce information.
