Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Operations professional to provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle in a multinational setting. You will handle records, documentation, onboarding, and work pass administration while coordinating with shared services and managers.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and PDPA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle administration.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and PDPA requirements.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, extensions and other employee correspondence.
• Track probation periods and coordinate confirmation reviews with managers.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation, clearance and final payment coordination.
• Support work pass administration including EP, S Pass, Dependant’s Pass and LTVP applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Shared Services on HR system updates, employee movements and leave records.
• Provide regional HR operations and payroll administration support where required.
• Respond to employee HR enquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Support employee engagement, wellness programmes, recognition activities and company events.
• Prepare HR communications and maintain HR policies, templates and SOPs.
• Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.
