Prudential Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, HNW Distribution to lead and grow relationships with international broker partners. The role owns the broker channel's performance from development to delivery and serves as the trusted contact for broker principals, consultants, and servicing teams across the region.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of life insurance distribution experience.
• Significant track record in international broker/IFA channel.
• Proven ability to originate, negotiate and manage broker relationships.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills across principals to consultants.
• Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on with clear accountabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the international broker channel's production, growth, and persistency targets against plans.
• Develop and manage strategic broker partnerships as primary escalation point.
• Onboard and activate new broker partnerships to expand distribution.
• Manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely conversion of business.
• Design broker engagement, training, and sales enablement to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing to support opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Prepare channel performance reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Represent the company at broker conferences and industry events to build relationships.
• Support strategic distribution initiatives and cross-market projects for Group Wealth.
