Job summary

Prudential in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, HNW Distribution to deepen international broker relationships and drive channel performance. You will own production targets, growth, and persistency, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver against annual plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
10–12 years in life insurance distribution with international broker/IFA experience.
Proven ability to originate, negotiate and manage broker relationships.
Strong network of consultant and broker relationships that can be activated quickly.
Solid grounding in HNW life products, underwriting and cross-border planning.

Responsibilities

Own the international broker channel's production, growth, and persistency targets against plans.
Develop and manage strategic broker relationships as primary contact and escalation lead.
Identify, onboard and activate new broker partnerships to expand distribution.
Manage sales pipeline with forecasting, opportunity management, and timely conversions.
Design broker engagement, training and sales enablement to boost capability and quality.
Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance and Marketing.
Monitor market trends and provide insights for product and distribution strategy.
Prepare channel performance reporting and recommendations for senior management.
Represent Prudential at broker conferences and market events.
