• Deliver agreed sales targets and productivity metrics across assigned distribution partners.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow wallet share and achieve sustainable growth.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new distribution opportunities aligned with HNW growth strategy.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive partner engagement.
• Provide distributors with product, technical, and sales support to improve conversion and capability.
• Monitor industry developments and gather market intelligence to support proposition enhancements.
• Ensure governance, risk and compliance in line with MAS regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Operations to deliver differentiated HNW propositions.
