Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Global Head of Long-Term Containment, Trust & Safety to own the strategy, performance, and people of the entire Long-Term Containment function. You will lead a global organization of leaders, each running teams of analysts tackling hateful behavior, violent extremism, youth safety, and high-risk activities, guiding durable enforcement across regions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, or adjacent integrity domains.
5+ years of experience managing managers and leading larger organisations across multiple regions.
Experience owning enforcement or risk strategy across several harm areas with durable, long-term mitigations.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own the global long-term containment strategy across prioritised harm verticals (e.g. hate, violence, youth safety, and high-risk activities).
Lead, develop, and grow a team of leaders who manage analysts; coach leaders and ensure performance across regions.
Drive delivery for headline outcomes: escalation reduction, prevalence, discoverability, and recidivism.
Own and evolve the Long-Term Containment operating model, expanding escalation signals into long-term mitigations.
