Job summary

GRIT is seeking a Head of Fundraising to drive international capital raising and expand institutional investor relationships from its Singapore hub.

You will own strategy-to-execution for overseas fundraising, build and manage distribution partnerships, and coordinate securities lending with global brokerages. Mandarin capability is preferred for regional outreach and investor engagement.

Qualifications

• 7years+ of overseas fundraising experience with proven capital commitments.
• Experience within quantitative funds or hedge funds is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of international bank distribution and channel development.
• Experience negotiating partnerships and growing distribution while complying with regulations.
• Proven access to institutional allocators: sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices.
• Knowledge of financial markets/regulatory practices in SG, HK and other jurisdictions.
• Mandarin preferred to liaise with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of international capital raising from strategy to execution, setting annual fundraising goals.
• Expand overseas distribution partnerships, oversee onboarding, commercial terms, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and coordinate securities lending with major brokerages, evaluating terms and partnerships.
• Develop relationships with quantitative funds and hedge funds, delivering tailored fundraising solutions and ongoing post-investment support.
• Translate market developments and regulatory changes into international marketing plans; lead roadshows and investor meetings.
• Recruit and lead the Singapore team, coordinating with investment research and operations to strengthen fundraising processes.
