About the Role

Based in Singapore and reporting to senior leadership, this role leads capital formation initiatives and investor engagement across Asia. You will shape the platform’s story for institutional investors, own high‑stakes materials and diligence workflows, and coordinate cross‑functional teams from first meeting through close.

Key Responsibilities
Capital Formation and Strategy
  • Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of strategic initiatives and products.
  • Refine positioning, proof points, and messaging aligned to investor priorities and market conditions.
  • Lead creation of fundraising materials (pitches, DDQs/RFPs, presentations) and ensure data‑room readiness.
  • Produce clear, concise reports and investment narratives; elevate contributions from cross‑functional teams.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members.
Investor Engagement
  • Lead investor meetings, roadshows, workshops, and conferences; manage agendas, follow‑ups, and diligence requests.
  • Translate technical and financial analysis into investor‑ready insights and recommendations.
Governance, Diligence, and Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain approval materials for products/initiatives.
  • Coordinate advisor workstreams (legal, tax, technical), synthesize findings, and drive recommendations.
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting; track investor preferences and progress.
  • Support compliance and internal approvals, including KYC/AML and recurring investor reporting.
  • Monitor regulatory and market developments across key Asian jurisdictions; assess implications for fundraising and product design.
  • Contribute to internal thought leadership on product strategy, allocation trends, and reporting practices.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, MBA, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years’ experience in private markets or capital markets within Asia (e.g., investing, investment banking, capital raising, or investor relations) with a proven execution track record.
  • Advanced financial acumen; able to interrogate models and synthesize risk/return drivers for institutional audiences.
  • Strong documentation and negotiation literacy; experienced working with cross‑functional and external advisors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership; comfortable presenting to senior internal forums and institutional LPs.
  • Robust project/process management and attention to detail; adept at driving multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; willingness to travel in the region.
