Job summary

GRIT, a Singapore-based single family office, seeks a meticulous Finance Manager to lead full-spectrum financial accounting and reporting for private investments, operating holding companies, trusts, and personal wealth assets. This is a high-visibility role with direct stakeholder engagement in a well-capitalized environment.

You will partner with the Head of Finance and legal/administrative teams, handling multi-asset portfolios and ensuring stringent confidentiality across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is essential.
• CA Singapore/CPA/ACCA is advantageous.
• 3+ years in family office/private wealth management or related entity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and consolidated reports across family office entities.
• Reconcile multi-asset investment positions and performance statements with custodians and fund managers.
• Oversee liquidity, bank reconciliations, and payments across banking relationships.
• Coordinate year-end audits, local tax filings (Corporate Tax, GST, Withholding Tax) under IRAS and MAS.
