Job summary

BIT is seeking a Senior Investor Relations & Business Development professional in Singapore to lead capital-raising for the private credit fund and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and wealth platforms across Asia.

You will prepare pitches, oversee due-diligence materials, and collaborate with legal, compliance, and fund management teams to close commitments while expanding BIT’s asset management and core product suite.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in business development, capital raising, investor relations, or institutional sales.
• Proven track record of pitching investment products and closing capital commitments.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and due-diligence processes; familiarity with AI compute/infrastructure investments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital-raising for BIT’s private credit fund; identify, approach and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and wealth platforms.
• Prepare and deliver investor pitches, decks, and due-diligence materials that articulate the fund's thesis, structure, and returns.
• Manage the full investor journey from initial outreach to closing, coordinating with legal, compliance and fund management teams.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified investor leads and track engagement via CRM.
