Western Union in Singapore is seeking a Director of Cross-border Payments to lead the APAC funds-out product strategy and drive growth across major remittance corridors. You will oversee a high-performing product team, partner with engineering, compliance, risk, and commercial leaders, and shape a scalable, compliant payout platform throughout the region.

The role demands deep experience in payments and fintech, with a track record of multi-market strategy and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of product management experience within financial services, payments, or fintech.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing senior product talent.
• Experience owning regional or multi-market product strategies in complex regulatory environments.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the APAC Funds Out product strategy, aligned to global platform direction and regional market needs
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition through delivery, launch, and optimization
• Build and manage a team of Product Managers across regional and remote locations, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
• Drive expansion and optimization of payout networks, including banks, wallets, cash, and alternative payment methods
• Partners with engineering and platform teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant payout solutions
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment across diverse APAC markets
• Use data, customer insights, and market analysis to prioritize initiatives and measure product success
• Act as a senior product leader and advocate across the organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels
