Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking a senior specialist in performance management and asset-management compensation to lead the design and governance of performance and incentive programmes across multiple businesses. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to translate business objectives into robust metrics and pay-for-performance policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organisation-wide performance-management policy, framework and processes.
• Review and enhance performance-management policies, processes and governance.
• Advise senior management on compensation structures and incentive-plan design.
• Develop carried-interest and employee co-investment programmes across fund strategies.
• Support annual compensation cycle, bonus-pool analysis and management reporting.
