Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a senior professional to lead organisation-wide performance management and compensation initiatives. You will design and implement policies, develop investment-aligned incentive structures, and partner with HR, finance, and senior leaders to drive performance across geographies.

The role emphasizes analytics, governance, and market benchmarking to ensure robust reward schemes and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities to interpret complex data and translate into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management, HR, and investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate a performance-management policy, framework and processes.
• Establish group-wide performance standards reflecting objectives and drivers.
• Review and enhance performance policies, rating methodologies and governance.
• Partner with senior management to translate objectives into performance measures.
• Support calibration and moderation with analytics and recommendations.
• Analyze outcomes across geographies to identify risks and opportunities.
• Design compensation strategies: base pay, incentives, long-term incentives and equity awards.
• Benchmark asset-management compensation and advise on structures and retention.
• Develop carried interest and co-investment programmes across fund strategies.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Tax on incentive documentation.
