Job summary

NTI Nanofilm in Singapore is seeking a Manager - Compensation, Benefits & Performance to shape and optimize our global reward programs, payroll, attendance, and performance management. You will align rewards with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and data-driven insights to drive workforce effectiveness and growth.

You will lead the design of compensation structures, benchmarking, benefits, and mobility policies, while ensuring compliance and seamless HR operations across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, or Total Rewards.
• Experience managing HRIS, payroll, attendance, and performance management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the performance management framework (KPI, OKR, 360-degree feedback).
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review cycles.
• Support managers in performance review discussions and development planning.
• Develop compensation philosophies, salary structures, grading frameworks, and annual salary review processes.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis for external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Design and manage employee benefits programs (insurance, healthcare, retirement, flexible benefits).
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing (salary, overtime, allowances, bonuses).
• Develop and manage global mobility policies and governance frameworks.
• Support international assignments and cross-border transfers.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
