Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an FX Solutions & Risk Management Manager to design and execute FX solutions for global payment businesses. This role blends hands-on FX market experience with payments-focused risk control and platform development.

You will work with external banks and internal teams to implement scalable FX risk management, quotation, exposure monitoring, and hedging workflows while aligning with regional payment models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FX, treasury, payments, fintech, banking, or related financial services roles.
• Hands-on FX lifecycle management, including pricing, exposure, trading, hedging, and counterparty management.
• Strong understanding of FX products and market practices across currencies (spot, forward, swap, NDF).
• Experience working with corporate/fintech clients on FX or treasury needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured FX solutions and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end FX risk management across quotation, exposure, trading, hedging, and P/L results.
• Deliver FX trading, quotation, and risk measures as well as system development requirements.
• Identify, measure, monitor, and manage FX exposures with scalable exposure aggregation and hedging mechanisms.
• Execute and optimize FX trading and hedging strategies with external banks, PSPs, and liquidity partners.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to translate FX business requirements into in-house capabilities.
