Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment, fintech strategy, or business analytics.
• Familiar with digital lending and payments business models across SEA and LATAM, including acquiring, issuing, and fee structures.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with market sizing and competitive analysis.
• Ability to independently conduct market and competitor research.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or Excel for data extraction and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Industry Research & Strategic Analysis: track fintech and lending market developments across SEA and LATAM.
• Mid-to-Long-Term Strategy Planning: develop 3–5 year roadmaps for lending products in SEA and LATAM.
• Strategic Support & Business Growth: partner with Payments and Financial Services teams to identify growth drivers.
• Problem Solving & Execution: lead deep-dives and coordinate stakeholders to drive impact.
