Job summary

ByteDance's International Payments FX team is building a client-facing FX product system for global cross-border payments, covering remittance and cross-border e-commerce. You will design and implement FX products across multiple countries and currencies.

You will collaborate with business, trading, banking/payment institutions, and compliance to drive development and growth operations, focusing on user experience and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of relevant experience in financial or payment institutions.
• Deep understanding of cross-border payments and FX industry; familiarity with key participants, models and product forms.
• Strong client-facing product design capabilities; ability to deliver usable, operable product solutions centered on customer needs and processes.
• Strong data analysis and product abstraction capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration; able to coordinate with multiple teams to drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement client-facing FX products across cross-border payments.
• Collaborate with business, trading, banking/payment institutions, and compliance to drive development and growth operations.
• Optimize FX product features with a focus on user experience across countries and regions.
• Design marketing campaigns, build marketing platform capabilities, and establish monitoring metrics.
• Onboard and manage partner channels with BD, compliance, and legal teams; handle regulatory filings and partner relationships.
