Job summary

OCBC Bank seeks a Product Manager to drive growth and innovation in Cross‑Border Payments and Transaction FX within Global Transaction Banking. You will own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and lifecycle management while collaborating with Sales, Relationship Managers, Compliance, Technology and Operations to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

The role requires a client-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory changes and evolving

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in transaction banking, cash management, payments, FX and/or treasury services domains.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payment ecosystems, SWIFT, correspondent banking, transaction FX, and payment rails.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Cross-Border Payments and Transaction FX product portfolio, with accountability for product performance, revenue growth, profitability, customer adoption and market competitiveness.
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with the bank's transaction banking objectives and evolving customer needs.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, transaction analytics, competitive intelligence and industry trends.
• Define product value propositions, business cases, success metrics and commercialization strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
• Lead product pricing strategy, fee structures, bundling initiatives, and profitability optimization across customer segments.
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
