Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Product Management Intern for the Global Payment team to help build and expand the platform, connect with partners, optimize FX rules, and design payment experiences for ByteDance platforms globally. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end product work and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, BD, and product teams.

The internship is suitable for BS/MS students, emphasizes analytical thinking, ownership, and delivering high-quality payment solutions

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with logical problem solving.
• Ability to drive projects with ownership and timely execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to product management in software or web tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the global payment platform by connecting with payment partners and designing user experiences.
• Analyze industry and partner capabilities, working with Engineering, BD and other teams to identify optimization points.
• Deliver end-to-end product experiences, upgrade platform capabilities, ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
