Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in transactional banking, payments companies, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of ASEAN payments market, regulations (AML/KYC), and customer needs.
• Strong understanding of international payment methods (SWIFT, etc.) and foreign exchange mechanisms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships.
• Experience in developing and launching new financial products or services.
• Experience with cross-border payments processing workflows is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of cross-border payment business through initiatives like new product offerings, feature enhancements, and pricing strategies.
• Define and prioritize payment features based on customer needs and market feasibility.
• Develop understanding of global payment regulations and FX markets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with country business, marketing, design, BI to launch and promote cross-border payment products.
• Cultivate relationships with MTOs, correspondent banks, and fintech companies.
• Negotiate and structure partnerships to enhance payment and FX network offerings.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for optimization and growth.
• Recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead market entry initiatives for new countries or customer segments.
