Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Diploma in SCM/Logistics or related field preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support tender preparation and submission for global/strategic customers.
• Analyse tender specs and liaise with APAC countries for timely responses.
• Coordinate with local offices and central procurement teams to ensure competitive offers.
• Develop a project plan for pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation.
• Maintain tender records in internal reports and document management system.
• Participate in cross-region meetings to advise on tender management.
• Troubleshoot tender-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in related projects as required.
