Job summary

ON TIME WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager (Outdoor Sales-Hunter) to drive revenue growth in freight forwarding, securing new commercial accounts and expanding relationships with B2B clients.

This role serves as the strategic link between our ocean/air logistics capabilities and client needs, demanding strong negotiation, pricing analysis and development of growth plans. Responsibilities include building spot quotes, negotiating contracts, credit review, and pursuing growth

Qualifications

3–5+ years of proven outdoor sales experience in freight forwarding.
Deep understanding of global trade lanes, customs regulations and ocean/air carrier networks.
Preferably with own customer base/existing book of business.
Strong negotiation and pricing analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Build and present spot-market quotes and long-term contract rates and negotiate pricing with clients.
Review customer credit applications and assist in resolving arrears on commercial accounts.
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and volume.
Identify potential growth opportunities and initiate strategic plans.
Maintain regular communication and conduct service reviews with customers and agents.
