Job summary

Toll Group Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to onboard new accounts for ocean, air and customs brokerage. You will be the primary sales contact for assigned customers, building lasting relationships and growing revenue in line with the sales strategy.

You will maintain a structured sales pipeline, participate in regional RFQ/RFP processes, and collaborate with internal teams to win new business and deliver reliable freight solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hunter experience in Business Development in Forwarding in Singapore.
• Develop, update, and manage sales pipeline; prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, BD) to win new business.
• Develop solutions, pricing, negotiate, and close deals with new customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively interact and acquire new customers for ocean, air and customs brokerage.
• Act as primary sales contact for assigned customers; build strong relationships.
• Maintain a sales pipeline to meet growth targets and convert leads.
• Document sales activities and customer details in the CRM.
