Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Quality & Compliance professional to monitor adherence to national and international standards and regulatory requirements.

You will represent operations in engagements with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations to keep projects on track. The role includes developing and maintaining SOPs and process flowcharts at a regional level, delivering trainings, coordinating with IT for system enhancements, and driving daily

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding experience welcomed; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with national and international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality-related activities, including audits, qualification programmes, and claims management.
• Represent operations in engagements with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
• Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flowcharts at a regional level.
• Conduct internal and external training for operational staff, including training on new customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the IT team on system enhancements, integrations, and project testing.
• Provide support for daily operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Align operational processes with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Prepare and support daily, weekly, monthly, and KPI reports for customers.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external clients (Control Tower function).
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support ad-hoc quotations when required.
• Travel overseas as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
