Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support the department and coordinate freight shipments by air and sea.

You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, liaise with airlines and shipping lines, and maintain timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires GCE O level or equivalent, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in logistics or similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with team and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional email etiquette and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Department and report to the Team Manager.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service support.
• Liaise and coordinate with customers regarding air and sea freight shipments.
• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, and other relevant parties.
• Prepare quotations and freight rates for air and sea shipments.
• Handle sea freight documentation, including bookings and Bills of Lading.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
