Job summary

Richwell Global Forwarding in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) to ensure high service standards, handle quotations, activations, and cross-trade shipments while coordinating with customers and overseas agents.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of related experience, a positive customer mindset, and the ability to work under pressure, with willingness to overtime when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment activations.
• Coordinate with customers for incoming, outgoing, and cross-trade shipments.
• Coordinate with overseas agents for shipment activities.
• Understand import and export processes.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Provide assistance with sales and marketing activities as required.
• Handle customer issues and prevent recurrence; ensure data accuracy in reports.
