Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support the customer service department at our Changi office.

You will handle inquiries from customers, liaise with air and sea carriers, and manage bookings and billing, ensuring accurate documentation across freight shipments.

Requires minimum GCE O level, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and prior relevant experience; salary is SGD 2,600 to 3,200 per month, with Mon–Fri 9am–6pm work schedule.

• Minimum GCE 'O' level
• With relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office

Responsibilities

• To assist in the customer service department
• To handle all customers rating for both air and sea freight
• To liaise with air and sea carriers & customers
• To handle all sea freight documentation such as bookings & billing
