Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support the freight team at Changi Airfreight Centre. You will assist in the customer service department and coordinate with air and sea carriers to ensure smooth shipments.

The role requires at least GCE O level, relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will handle bookings, billing, and liaison with customers to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level.
• With relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• To assist in the customer service department
• To handle all customers rating for both air and sea freight
• To liaise with air and sea carriers & customers
• To handle all sea freight documentation such as bookings & billing
