Harold Consultancy in Singapore is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join their operations team. You will manage import/export documentation, coordinate with agents, shipping lines, and warehouses, and deliver end-to-end support for shipments.

Ideal candidates have logistics or freight forwarding exposure, can work independently and as part of a team, and handle inquiries or issues promptly while ensuring accurate, timely information flows to clients and partners.

Competenze

• Minimum GCE N or O Level.
• Responsible, positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player.
• Preferably with logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding experience.

Mansioni

• In charge of import/export documentation and processing
• Manage shipping documentation (import, L/C, Bill of Lading)
• Provide customer support for shipments, including sending pre-alerts and invoicing
• Offer after-sales support and follow up with clients until the entire transaction is completed
• Handle customer enquiries or complaints
• Send all necessary information and documentation to clients, agents, shipping companies, forwarders, and warehouses accurately and on time
• Liaise with agents and shipping companies on cargo status
• Knowledge of LCL cargo consolidation
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
