Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics or supply chain related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in ocean freight operations (import/export).
• Familiar with FCL/LCL processes and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle ocean freight operations (import/export) for FCL and LCL shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, and trucking companies to secure space and schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and process shipping documents including B/L, Sea Waybill, COO and relevant permits.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and other trade requirements.
