Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a logistics professional to manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities from our East location. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotes, and coordinate shipment arrangements across import, export and cross-trade flows.

You will work with overseas agents and internal teams to track shipments and resolve issues, while maintaining accurate records and supporting sales activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related fields.
• Good understanding of import and export processes.
• Experience with air or sea freight.
• Familiar with Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and shipment arrangements.
• Coordinate import, export and cross-trade shipments.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents and internal teams.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle customer issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and data.
• Support sales and marketing activities when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
