Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Airfreight Customer Service Executive to join our Singapore team. You will manage end-to-end air shipment processes (import or export) and act as the main liaison between customers, overseas agents, and vendors.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating flight bookings, reviewing documents for accuracy, and providing timely freight updates to clients. Strong English communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in airfreight forwarding (import and/or export).
• Good written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate airfreight import or export shipments with internal/external stakeholders.
• Review shipping documents and inform customers of discrepancies or non‑compliance.
• Provide airfreight quotations upon request.
• Monitor shipments and keep customers updated on status.
