EASTERN ORIENTAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support logistics operations and ensure smooth import/export workflows. You will prepare documentation and review billing for shipping and customs, while maintaining precise merchandise records and responsive issue handling.

The role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to learn quickly in a busy logistics environment in Singapore. Prior CS exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O Level required.
Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prefer 1–2 years of Customer Service Officer (Logistics) experience.

Responsibilities

Prepares documents and forms to move goods through import/export steps and procedures.
Reviews paperwork to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges and customs fees are billed correctly.
Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
Performs other duties as assigned.
