• Strong analytical and financial interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Franchisee relationships and drive SSG and EBITDA targets.
• Lead annual business planning with COEs and franchisees.
• Coordinate with COEs to influence market priorities and change.
• Ensure MFA compliance and capital readiness across markets.
• Support food safety and brand protection initiatives with QA.
