Job summary

Domino's Pizza Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior leader to shape the national strategy and drive performance across all restaurants. You will own the country P&L, lead a high-performing leadership team and partner with regional teams to deliver growth, efficiency and brand integrity.

You will oversee operations across channels, ensure service standards, and drive profitable expansion while upholding customer experience and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in QSR, restaurant, FMCG or related consumer-facing businesses.
• At least 5 years in a senior multi-unit / country / business leadership role.
• Proven experience managing a significant P&L.
• Strong track record of growing multi-unit restaurant businesses.
• Experience in franchised or multi-brand QSR environments is highly desirable.
• Experience in new-store development and market expansion preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Deep understanding of QSR operations and restaurant economics.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capability.
• Excellent understanding of customer, brand and consumer dynamics.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data-driven and commercially entrepreneurial.
• High level of ownership, accountability and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country business strategy in line with regional/global objectives.
• Translate corporate strategy into clear annual operating plans and measurable targets.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive threats and emerging consumer trends.
• Develop strategies for revenue growth, market share and long-term profitability.
• Act as the Senior Leader and face of the brand within the country.
• Provide regular business performance updates and recommendations to the Board / Regional Leadership.
