Job summary

Domino’s is seeking an International Regional Vice President (AMEA) to lead business performance and relationships with Master Franchisees across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The role drives budget targets, franchisee governance, and cross-CoE collaboration to execute global initiatives.

The position requires 15+ years in operations/marketing/brand strategy in food service or retail, with travel up to 40%. MBA is preferred and leadership in a matrix organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of operations and/or marketing and/or brand strategy experience in food service or retail in Asia for a Global brand.
• Experience in a franchised system is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to persuade senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual budget targets for the AMEA region, including store openings and same-store sales growth.
• Control expenses to budgeted levels and ensure receivables are current.
• Lead relationships with Master Franchisees and COEs; coordinate communications and engagements.
• Ensure MFA compliance andProtect the Domino’s brand by enforcing standards and policies.
• Lead regional strategic planning and oversee implementation of initiatives.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team; foster collaboration with Master Franchisees and COEs.
