Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planning Specialist for the FMCG sector. The role focuses on accurate SKU forecasting, inventory optimization across international markets, and minimizing stockouts while aligning with global production capacity.

You will drive master production scheduling, balance line changes, manage safety stock, and lead S&OP meetings with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply constraints and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on planning experience within food, beverage, or perishable FMCG sectors and global market distribution.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required; working knowledge of ERP systems or planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle).
• Strong cross-functional communication, negotiation with vendors, and adaptability under fluctuating supply constraints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global demand master schedule for long-term production visibility.
• Build rolling 12-month demand forecasts from historical data and market trends.
• Review and validate monthly forecasts from international markets and distributors.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to account for promotions and seasonal spikes.
• Lead S&OP alignment meetings to resolve demand–supply imbalances.
