Job summary

searchasia consulting pte. ltd. is seeking a senior Demand Planning professional to lead international forecasting efforts. You will develop forecasts from historical sales data, market trends, promotions and growth plans to drive supply chain decisions.

You will coordinate with regional teams, master franchisees and distributors to align demand with capabilities, optimise inventory, and support store openings and business expansion. Strong analytical skills and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management.
• At least 8 years in Demand Planning.
• Regional/global exposure in FMCG/R&B/QSR.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning across international markets with forecasts from historical sales, market trends, promotions and growth plans.
• Drive global demand review processes with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and regional teams to align forecasts with objectives and supply capabilities.
• Partner with regional markets, master franchisees and distributors to consolidate demand and support store openings and business expansion.
• Collaborate with supply planning, procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability and optimise inventory levels, minimise stockouts, excess inventory and wastage.
• Establish and monitor key planning KPIs including forecast accuracy, forecast bias and demand variability, leveraging data analytics to improve planning effectiveness.
• Enhance forecasting methodologies, planning tools and ERP systems to improve demand visibility, planning efficiency and standardisation across global markets.
• Work with global and regional stakeholders to support product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal demand fluctuations and long-term business planning.
