Advantest Singapore is seeking a Product Support Engineer to support equipment projects in Singapore. You will work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure successful execution of customer projects at OSAT sites.

The role focuses on applying established standards to provide support services for ATS’ line of Test Systems, serving as a technical liaison, monitoring field performance, and mentoring Field Service staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient with mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical experience with test and measurement equipment, electrical or automation systems.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial computer systems, network architectures, and ability to diagnose anomalies.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin for international meetings with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provides support services for ATS’ line of Test Systems.
• Acts as technical liaison for customers, suppliers, and users.
• Monitors field performance and develops analytics.
• Mentors Field Service Group personnel.
• Troubleshoots and defines diagnostic parameters to identify root cause.
• Travels to customer sites for repair, troubleshooting and installation; documents incidents as needed.
• Develops end-user documentation for product applications.
• Provides technical training to internal staff and on-site field service engineers.
• Writes and executes test plans for system diagnostics.
• Collaborates across departments to support project assignments.
• Incorporates field data into prioritization of work.
