OPUS SEMICONDUCTOR EQUIPMENT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive field service engineer to support customers in Singapore. You will set up, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade testing equipment at client sites and provide onsite warranty support.

You will deliver technical support on all equipment aspects and prepare reports on activities and issues encountered, contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction. A technical diploma and strong communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Technical diploma required, preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work overtime at short notice.

Mansioni

• Setup, maintenance, troubleshoot and upgrade testing equipment at customers' facilities.
• Provide onsite warranty support.
• Provide technical support on all aspects of equipment.
• Prepare reports on support activities and issues encountered.
