Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient with Mechanical Assembly, Electrical wiring, and Troubleshooting.
• Strong technical experience with test and measurement equipment, electrical or automation systems.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial computer systems and network architectures.
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin for international meetings with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Domestic and international travel required (10%–60%), with up to 50% overseas availability.

Responsibilities

• Provides support services for ATS’ line of Test Systems.
• Acts as technical liaison for customers, suppliers, and users.
• Monitors field performance and develops analytics for business needs.
• Mentors and supports Field Service Group personnel.
• Troubleshoots and defines diagnostic parameters to identify root cause.
• Travels to customer locations for repairs, troubleshooting, and installations.
• Develops end-user documentation for product applications.
• Provides technical training to internal staff.
• Writes and executes test plans for system diagnostics.
• Builds internal relationships across departments for project support.
• Prioritizes field data to guide workload and decisions.
• Manages projects to deliver high-quality results on time.
