Job summary

You will support multiple managers across Singapore, coordinate calendars, budgets, travel, and expenses, and oversee facilities with a focus on a safe, hybrid-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an MNC environment in either facilities management or EA roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage calendars for Singapore-based managers.
• Plan and manage the budget for the team.
• Process purchase orders, book travel itineraries and expense claims.
• Provide team support for travel arrangements and expense approvals.
• Organize department events and regional meetings and ad hoc meetings as required.
• Serve as primary contact for workplace operations, facilities and vendors.
