Job summary

Danone Place Singapore is seeking a specialist to elevate the employee experience through culture, purpose, and people strategy via impactful communications and engaging programs.

You will lead an integrated employee experience and internal communications plan, shape multi-channel messaging, and partner with DPS and HR leaders to drive adoption of wellbeing, learning, and inclusion initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of internal communications, employee engagement, workplace experience, or related fields.
• Experience managing corporate events and workplace operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated employee experience and internal communications strategy.
• Shape and deliver employee communications across multiple channels.
• Lead workplace projects including space planning and future workplace initiatives.
• Partner with DPS & HR leaders to drive awareness of company initiatives.
